Mailing items to Gaskets-to-go
You may need to mail us a template, gasket or design
To complete an order, Gaskets-To-Go must have either an original gasket, a gasket template, or a gasket blueprint or design to work with. We will return your pattern if you request that.
Blueprints, designs or scans can be:
- Attached to an email message
- Mailed to Gaskets-To-Go

Shipping methods
Priority Mail (United States)
If shipping from the US, I highly recommend that you ship your gaskets to Gaskets-To-Go using the USPS Priority Mail service because it is quick and trackable online. Packages usually arrive here within 5-7 days, somewhat quicker than airmail. Packages can be tracked online at this USPS Track and Confirm webpage by entering the tracking number found on your receipt.
You can calculate the cost of shipment using the USPS postage calculator.
Be sure to fill out the USPS Customs Declaration Form (USPS Form 2976). Follow these IMPORTANT steps:
- Describe the contents as Commercial Patterns with No Commercial Value
- List the value as some nominal sum, e.g. $5.00
Please check the box for Commercial sample as shown in the sample form below.
Airmail
For small and lightweight gaskets, first class airmail is a cheap and reliable shipping method. Packages sent by airmail usually arrive within 9-14 days.
Note: I DO NOT recommend using Fedex®, UPS®, or DHL® as their delivery services to Thailand are not reliable and there are often surcharges. Gaskets can be shipped back to you via Fedex, UPS or DHL using your shipping account number if you prefer.
